Postpartum recovery

AFTER GIVING BIRTH, YOUR BODY NEEDS TIME, ATTENTION, AND THE RIGHT SUPPORT TO FIND ITS WAY BACK TO ITSELF. THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT POSTNATAL RECOVERY IS DESIGNED FOR: GENTLE, EFFECTIVE, AND FULLY TAILORED TO YOU.

Unlike classic group classes, I offer postnatal recovery exclusively as private sessions – because every recovery journey is different, and your training should reflect that. In a calm, protected atmosphere, we work together to strengthen your pelvic floor, your deep abdominal muscles, and your overall stability – entirely at your own pace and tailored to your individual needs.

What is trained?

Frequently Asked Questions

When can I start postnatal recovery?

Usually from the 8th–10th week after birth, once cleared by your midwife or your gynecologist. In the case of a C-section, it may take a little longer.

How expensive is a 10-session package?

Why only as a private session and not in a group?

Every body and every birth is different. In a private session, we can respond specifically to your needs and pace – something that wouldn't be possible in the same depth within a group setting.

Can I bring my baby?

Generally, your recovery session is meant to be dedicated time just for you – so ideally, your baby stays at home or in someone else's care. If, in individual cases, this isn't possible, that's absolutely fine.

A 10-session package costs 1200 Swiss Francs.

How does the 10-session package work?

You book a package of 10 private sessions, which you can use flexibly and at your own pace. This way, your recovery stays sustainable and fits around your everyday life with your baby.
