What is Pilates?

The most important effects in Pilates training are a mobilization of the spine, promotion of the trunk muscles especially the deep lying muscles. Mobility and strength are promoted with a harmonious interaction.

With the visceral breathing style according to PILATESwiss, the movements are performed slowly and fluently, which protects the muscles and the joints. At the same time, breathing is trained. Injuries are prevented and functional activity in everyday life as well as your posture are improved.

A classical Pilates workout will take place on mats with the use of small equipment and on specially designed classical equipment such as Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Spine Corrector, Ladder Barrel.

THE PILATES METHOD WAS INVENTED BY JOSEPH HUBERTUS PILATES (1883-1967).

Yoga practice provides the opportunity for relief of joints and awareness of the body. It helps in dealing with stress. The more you progress in your practice, the more focused, flexible and light your body and mind become. Feelings and thoughts come to rest. This gives you more strength and energy - also for everyday life.

I offer a flowing, dynamic yoga style - Vinyasa as well as a softer but also strengthening yoga flow, that is used in both with visceral breathing style according to PILATESwiss.

Through Pilates and yoga I have found my health and my center again, and that is how my mission came into being. I would like to share this passion in my classes.

Do I have to register for the Pilates/Yoga class?


Yes, please sign up through my booking form, even if you are coming to the lesson for the first time.

Can I take a free trial lesson?


I do not offer trial lessons, but you are welcome to book a one-time lesson for only 35 Fr.

How can I register?

How can I pay?

You can register via my website and pay later or on site via Twint/IBAN or cash. (no cash payment possible for 10-pack subscriptions)

Can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel for free up to 180 minutes before the lesson starts. 

How long is my 10-pass valid?

Your 10-pack subscription is valid for 4 or 6 months from the date of purchase, depending on your chosen subscription.

Can I bring my own mat?

I provide mats in the studio, but you are welcome to bring your own, especially for yoga if possible.

Is there any parking possibility?

There are free parking spots in front of the building at Physio Vital. Please remember to register your license plate so the owner knows the spots are being used appropriately.
