I'm Gül – Pilates teacher, Yoga teacher, and certified nutrition coach.

For years I have supported people on their journey to greater wellbeing – through Pilates, Yoga, and now also through individual nutrition coaching. On my own path, I've experienced first-hand how closely movement, nutrition, and inner balance are connected.

Having worked with over 200 clients, I know that it's the small, sustainable changes that truly make a difference – not strict diets, not perfection. My goal is for you to feel comfortable in your body again, have more energy, and build healthy routines that last.

No. This isn't about prohibitions or strict diets, but about a way of eating that fits you and your everyday life. Together we'll look at what's good for you and how you can implement small changes in an enjoyable and sustainable way – without deprivation or guilt.

Do you support me in everyday life between appointments?

Yes, you're not alone between our sessions either. If you have questions or feel unsure, you can reach out to me anytime – so you stay on track and feel well supported along the way.
